2. Description
EG2106 is a cost-effective gate driver chip for MOS tubes and IGBT tubes. It integrates a logic signal input processing circuit,
Undervoltage protection circuit, level shift circuit, pulse filter circuit and output drive circuit, specially used in brushless motor controllers and power supply DC-DC
Drive circuit.
The high-end operating voltage of EG2106 can reach 600V, and the low-end Vcc power supply voltage range is wide 10V~20V. The chip input channel HIN
A 200K pull-down resistor is built into the LIN. When the input is left floating, the upper and lower power MOS tubes are turned off.
